About TJ Consult
TJ Consult is an independent project and construction management consultancy based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We work with developers, governments, healthcare organisations, and industrial clients to lead complex construction programmes from concept to completion — applying international standards, rigorous methodology, and senior-level expertise at every stage.
We are not a large firm with layers of management. We are a specialist consultancy where the principal — with over 35 years of direct project experience — personally leads every engagement. That means our clients get the expertise they are paying for, applied to their project, from day one.
Our work spans water infrastructure in the UAE, mixed-use and enabling works in Qatar, agri-industrial plants in Pakistan, post-earthquake reconstruction across two districts, and over one million square feet of healthcare facilities. This breadth of experience is a deliberate asset: it means we bring perspectives and solutions that specialists in a single sector rarely consider.

Tariq Jamal is a civil engineer and senior project management professional with over 35 years of experience delivering multimillion-dollar construction programmes across Pakistan, Qatar, and the UAE. He has managed a portfolio exceeding $500 million in project value, covering healthcare, water infrastructure, industrial, education, and reconstruction sectors.
He holds a BE in Civil Engineering from the Military College of Engineering (NUST), Risalpur, and an MSc in Engineering Management from UET Taxila. His professional credentials span project management, engineering, and healthcare — a rare combination that reflects deliberate investment in multi-dimensional expertise.
